Our psychological stress - that's the stuff most of us experience most of the time at work - is the result of an instinctive 'fight or flight' response being kicked off inappropriately. It's just one false alarm after another because, although our problems may be real, there's no immediate need for an intense physical effort, and that's what the fight or flight response is for.
Fortunately, we can do a lot to switch off the response, or even block it, by thinking through the real implications of our situation. We can check that, even if we don't know what action to take, it won't involve fighting or sprinting away.
It takes some practice so Stress Analyst has been developed to gently lead you through a process of analysis that will gradually analyse your stress away. Try it. If it works for you keep trying it until you don't need Analyst help.
The program doesn't know who you are but, for research purposes, it does record how stressed you say you feel at various stages in the analysis. From this I know that 80% of people who use Stress Analyst really do feel calmer as a result, with stress ratings dropping from an average of 2.2 to an average of 0.6 in just a few minutes.
